COLONIA, N.J. – The East Coast Conference announced its All-Conference selections on Wednesday. The D'Youville University baseball team had three players selected, with junior
Billy Morris (Lancaster, N.Y.) and sophomore
Derek Onevelo (Buffalo, N.Y.) named to the First Team and senior
Chris Auclair (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) named to the Second Team.

This is the third time Morris has been selected to the ECC All-Conference First Team. He did it all for the Saints this season, posting stellar numbers at the plate and on the mound. With the bat, he recorded a .361 batting average (5
th in the ECC), a .578 slugging percentage (4
th in the ECC), 60 hits (7
th in the ECC), 46 RBI (5
th in the ECC), and nine home runs (4
th in the ECC). He also set the program records for most hits and RBI in a career and ended the season on a fourteen-game hitting streak. On the rubber, he turned in the best season of his career, recording a 2.67 ERA (2
nd in the ECC), 46 strikeouts (7
th in the ECC), five wins (2
nd in the ECC), four complete games, and allowed just one home run (1
st in the ECC), 11 walks (2
nd in the ECC), and a .277 opposing batting average (6
th in the ECC).

Onevelo receives First Team honors for the first time in his career after a breakout campaign. He compiled a .315 batting average (3
rd on the team), a. 444 on-base percentage (first on team, 8
th in the ECC), .454 slugging percentage (3
rd on the team), 34 hits, and drew 23 walks (9
th in the ECC). He had 12 multi-hit games and collected a career-high three hits on March 29
th against St. Thomas Aquinas College.

Auclair receives All-Conference recognition for the fourth time in his career, this is the second time he has been named to the Second Team. He was a workhorse for the Saints, throwing 65.1 innings (most in the ECC) and recording a 5.10 ERA (8
th in the ECC), 56 strikeouts (5
th in the ECC) while allowing just one home run (1
st in the ECC) and 26 walks.
