BUFFALO, N.Y.- After defeating Roberts Wesleyan University 3-0 on Wednesday night, the Saints will now set out for their first set of road games of the 2024 season. D'Youville will face off against Dominican University on Friday night and will take on Saint Thomas Aquinas College on Sunday.

D'Youville has had a successful start to their season after defeating American International College and Roberts Wesleyan University to move to 2-0. The Saints defeated Roberts Wesleyan Wednesday night 3-0 at the College Center.
Shaun Vattakuzhiyil (Sugar Land, TX / Elkins) led the Saints with 11 kills and recorded six digs on the night.
Randy Adorno (Bayamon, Puerto Rico / Winter Park, Fla.) remained consistent with 29 assist and eight digs.
Jacob Malak *Wales, Wisc. / Kettle Moraine) rounded out the Saints offense with two serving aces and
Haven Wankerl (Cross Plains, Wisc. / Middleton) recorded four blocks on defense.
What to Know About the Dominican University Chargers
The Chargers have begun their first season in program history and are currently sitting at 1-1 after losing 3-0 to Saint Francis and defeating Central St. 3-1. The Chargers are coached by Interim Head Coach, Patrick Ernst.
Players to Watch For
So far in the 2024 season, Freshman, Phinehas Wiley has led the Chargers with 24 kills and 16 digs. Fellow Freshman, Luke Koster has been there to set him up recording 59 assists between he two games. Ayden Shaw has also helped the Chargers recording five blocks and 12 kills of his own between the two matches.
What to Know About the Saint Thomas Aquinas College Spartans
The Spartans have also begun their first season as a Men's Volleyball program under Head Coach, Thiago Lopes. The Spartans are currently sitting at 0-4 this season with losses coming from Belmont Abbey, Barton, FDU, and LIU.
Players to Watch For
The Spartans have found some success with freshman, Gabriel Vieira who has recorded 24 kills on the season. Redshirt Freshman, Nicholas Santos has been following close on his heels with 23 kills. Freshman Setter, Kyran Versteegen has recorded 68 assists along with 5 blocks to round out the Spartans players to watch.
